What you think is the point behind the Avatar marketing is?

I think the point behind the avatar marketing is to advertise the films special effects it has in all its different forms that is has throughout the actual film so us as the public can see that this film looks really expensive to have been made and will think because of all the publicity and what we have heard and read about it, that we will think that it looks amazing and will want to see it straight away when it comes out in the cinema. The way in which that we have been told that it has taken near enough 15 years to make, we automatically assume it will be one of the most amazing films to have ever been made or out at the moment. Also the fact that it is in 3D will make the idea of watching this film even more exciting and will make people want to see it. We are also told in the media that the budget of the film to be made reached $500 million dollars which makes it seem to us that it has all the latest and best technology used so we think that our expectations of the film wont be let down.
